Today, Ice Fish Farm ispleased to announce its intention to carry out a listing of the Company’sshares on Nasdaq First North Iceland (the “Dual Listing”), which will be inaddition to the existing listing on Euronext Growth Oslo.

The DualListing is expected to be approved on the same date as the Company's plannedcapital markets day, 28 May 2024 and first day of trading is expected to be 29May 2024.

The DualListing is subject to publication of a Company description by the Company, approval by Nasdaq Iceland of a listing application as well as fulfillment ofother customary listing conditions.

No offeringof shares will be carried out in connection with the Dual Listing, and thecontemplated Dual Listing will not have any impact on the total number ofshares outstanding in the Company.

The DualListing will enable shareholders of Ice Fish Farm to hold their shares inIcelandic financial instruments (the “Affiliated Shares“), with the same ISINnumber and characteristics as the existing shares in Ice Fish Farm.

GuðmundurGíslason, CEO “As the operations of Ice Fish Farms take place exclusively inIceland, a dual listing on First North Iceland is a natural and logical nextstep for the Company. Since listing on Euronext Growth Oslo in 2020, we havesignificantly grown the business and become the leading aquaculture entity inthe east fjords of Iceland. Combined with the fact that we have experienced anincreased interest in Ice Fish Farm by Icelandic investors, and a significantpart of the Company ‘s shares are currently held by Icelandic investors, webelieve now is the right time to pursue a dual listing in Iceland “

Ice FishFarm has engaged Arion Bank to serve as Manager of the Dual Listing. LOGOS andThommessen act as Legal Advisors to the Company in relation to the Dual Listing.
