Ice Fish Farm appoints Roy Tore Rikardsen as new CEO

The board of directors(the "Board") of Ice Fish Farm AS (the "Company") has todaydecided to appoint Roy Tore Rikardsen as new CEO of the Company. Rikardsen hasextensive operational and management experience from the salmon farmingindustry. He has worked within the industry for 20+ years and has firsthandknowledge about salmon farming operations in cold waters from North of Norwayand Canada.

Icelandic salmon farming  is still in an entrepreneurial phase and keyto success is excellent operations based on good animal welfare and safety forenvironment as well as for our dedicated employees. Roy Tore has extensiveexperience from all parts of the value chain and will contribute to furtherdeveloping our strong team on operations. He will be based on the east coast ofIceland”, says Asle Rønning, chair of the Company.

The Company'scurrent CEO, Guðmundur Gíslason, will continue as CEO until this date and thentransition to his new role within the Group, as also stated in the Company'sstock exchange notice on 10 September 2023. The Board extends its gratitude to Guðmundurfor his invaluable contribution by leading and developing the Company since itsinception.
